Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Deposit Inventory Technician to join our team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will inspect and evaluate returned or in-house components, support inventory accuracy, and help maintain reliable quality and testing practices. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, process refinement, and working closely with team members to resolve product and inventory issues.
Responsibilities:
• Carry out inspection, testing, and evaluation activities for parts and assemblies by following established technical and quality guidelines.
• Investigate nonconforming or damaged components, identify likely failure sources, and support appropriate repair actions.
• Recommend and apply workflow enhancements that improve efficiency, consistency, and overall inventory handling.
• Maintain compliance with shop procedures, including careful treatment of sensitive materials and adherence to assigned work processes.
• Track recurring field issues and wear patterns to help develop support resources such as frequently asked questions, installation guidance, and repair-focused training content.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of testing methods for a range of parts and equipment.
• Prepare items for redistribution by labeling, packaging, and documenting inventory accurately.
• Record findings, issues, and updates in the designated database and communicate important concerns to colleagues and supervisors.
• Keep required training current and complete other assigned tasks in support of department operations.
• Travel occasionally for single-day visits to nearby warehouse locations as business needs require.

- 3+ years of physical inventory management
- Relevant bachelor’s degree only necessary if no hands-on device experience applies
- 3+ years of experience in electronic device maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and testing required
- Exposure to ISO 9001 desired
