LHH is actively seeking an Office Assistant for one of our top clients in Troy! This will be a contract opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Troy, MI!

Position Overview

The Office Services Coordinator provides essential administrative and office support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workplace. This role is highly service-oriented and requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support to employees, clients, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including scanners, copiers, and printers.
  • Prepare and arrange conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Assist with filing, document organization, copying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office lunch and dinner orders as needed.
  • Provide phone and reception coverage, creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors.
  • Support special projects and initiatives that contribute to efficient office operations.
  • Assist with seasonal business needs and other operational priorities.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Basic Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in office services, facilities, administrative support, or a similar role required.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to work on-site at one or more company office locations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, polished, and poised demeanor, particularly when interacting with clients and visitors.
  • Ability to adapt communication style and effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.38 per hour
