LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a proven track record in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, compliance, and HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is passionate about supporting employees while partnering with leadership to drive organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and management, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Support employee relations activities by investigating concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive work environment
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related inquiries
- Coordinate performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and employee data within the HRIS system
- Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and workers' compensation processes
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and employee engagement initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions and continuous improvement efforts
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employment law
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification is a plus
