Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining productionand facility equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. This role works across mechanical,electrical, PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting preventative maintenance efforts,equipment reliability, and the reduction of recurring downtime.
The technician will follow all company, OSHA, LOTO, PPE, GMP, and food safety requirements while working closelywith production, sanitation, engineering, and maintenance teams. Responsibilities also include documentingmaintenance activities in the EAM system, supporting 5S standards, and providing hands-on guidance andtraining to Entry Level Maintenance Technicians and Apprentices.

What You'll Be Doing
%CF; Troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment
%CF; Working with mechanical, electrical, PLC-controlled, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
%CF; Troubleshooting motors, VFDs, sensors, and three-phase electrical equipment
%CF; Performing preventative maintenance and documenting work in the EAM system
%CF; Supporting and training junior maintenance technicians and apprentices
The ideal candidate has industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electricaltroubleshooting skills. Experience with PLC-controlled equipment, motors, VFDs, hydraulics/pneumatics,preventative maintenance, and industrial electrical systems is highly preferred. Food or similar manufacturingexperience is preferred.
Candidates should also be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and overtime, including Sundays, weekends,and holidays as needed.
Shift: Specific Detail 5 pm-5 am, 4 days/week 12hr shifts
