Executive Business Administrator
Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Executive Business Administrator to support senior leadership in Redmond, Washington. This position is suited for an experienced, detail-oriented individual who can build strong working relationships, navigate shifting priorities, and bring sound judgment to a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly adaptable, and capable of anticipating needs while helping leaders stay focused on business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with executive leadership to manage priorities, coordinate daily business activities, and maintain smooth operations across a complex schedule.
• Anticipate upcoming needs by assessing business rhythms, identifying gaps, and taking action with minimal oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and serve as a dependable point of coordination for cross-functional communication.
• Guide calendar strategy, meeting flow, and leadership engagements to ensure time is aligned with critical business goals.
• Adjust support style based on team dynamics, leadership preferences, and the context of each interaction or meeting.
• Provide informal leadership to colleagues and extended team members by offering recommendations, sharing best practices, and supporting decision-making.
• Handle onboarding coordination, employee-related administrative processes, and HR support activities with accuracy and discretion.
• Maintain organized business processes and relevant HR information systems while ensuring timely follow-through on key tasks.
• Support occasional travel planning, including potential trips to the East Coast, and manage related logistics as needed.
The salary range for this position is $66,560 to $133,120.

• Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a high-visibility business environment.• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain effective in situations with limited direction.
• Skilled at building trust-based partnerships and adapting approach to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex calendars, shifting priorities, and sensitive business matters with excellent judgment.
• Familiarity with HR administration, employee relations, onboarding activities, benefits processes, or HRIS tools.
• Preferred background in the technology sector.
• Consistent career progression with meaningful tenure in prior positions.
