Job Description
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM (Training on 1st Shift)
Pay Range: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour + Shift Premium

We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Mechanic to join our maintenance team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and working in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks
- Help install and maintain machinery and equipment
- Support facility maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance, mechanical, industrial, automotive, or related hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
- Electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or maintenance certifications
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings
- Familiarity with PLCs, motors, conveyors, or automated equipment
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This position works in a manufacturing environment that may be hot, dusty, and noisy. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting heavy materials. PPE is provided.
