PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory accuracy and materials management within the Work Order (WO) area. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory transactions, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to support inventory accuracy and materials management within the Work Order (WO) area. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory transactions, performing cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring inventory records remain accurate and up to date.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Monitor all inventory transactions within the Work Order (WO) area.
- Ensure inventory movements are properly processed and recorded.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system integrity.
- Perform cycle counts on stock entering the WO area.
- Conduct cycle counts and verification of completed Work Orders.
- Reconcile physical inventory to system records.
- Review system transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and determine root causes.
- Work with operations teams to resolve inventory issues promptly.
- Support inventory control and accuracy improvement initiatives.
- Partner with production and warehouse teams to ensure process compliance.
- Assist with inventory audits and reporting activities.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to inventory management.
