Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Join our team as a 2nd shift temporary Warehouse Associate, where you'll play a crucial role in replenishing stock within a large warehousing facility. You'll handle various tasks, from managing inventory to assisting with the picking and packing of products.
Responsibilities- Use equipment to reach heights of 15-20 feet for pallet retrieval.
- Transport pallets to the ground floor and unbox items.
- Assist 1st shift associates by organizing unboxed items on the ground floor.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Stock inventory using RF handheld terminals.
- Process and receive orders on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with RF terminals.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Willingness to become certified on Powered Industrial Equipment, including Forklift, Walkies, and Turret Trucks.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- 6+ months of equipment operating experience (reach truck or turret truck preferred).
- Proficiency with RF Scanners.
- Strong commitment to attendance.
- Proven ability to consistently show up to work.
- Experience in packing, palletizing, and material handling.
- General production, shipping, and receiving knowledge.

Work EnvironmentThe position operates on the 2nd Shift from 10am to 7:30pm. During the peak season from October to January, associates will work every other Saturday and must be available for Black Friday and the weekend following, with double-time pay offered. Our team consists of 25-30 members, fostering a collaborative environment across departments. The dress code is practical, requiring work pants, shorts, shirts without holes, and closed-toe shoes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
