Job Description
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator - Transportation, to support our clients' Transportation Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating orders, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities and provide administrative support for the Transportation Sales team.
  • Assist with reporting, analytics, and sales data management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and technical information.
  • Recommend products and alternative solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Process orders, returns, bills of lading, invoices, and other customer transactions accurately.
  • Enter and manage purchase orders and invoicing for assigned sales territories.
  • Communicate project timelines and shipping information to customers.
  • Monitor order status to ensure customer deadlines are met.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Follow departmental procedures and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate across departments.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Transportation industry experience (aviation, bus, rail, or similar) is a plus
Pay/Benefits
  • $23/hr - $25/hr depending on experience

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
