Dental Home Director

Location: Trenton, NJ (Outpatient)
Schedule: Full-time + 1 Saturday/month
Start: ASAP

Lead a community-based dental center focused on pediatric and family care, with a strong mission to serve underserved populations.

• Clinical & operational leadership of dental services

• Oversee staff, scheduling, patient flow, and daily operations

• Ensure compliance (OSHA, HIPAA, infection control)

• Manage billing, coding, audits, and reporting

• Mentor and evaluate clinical staff

• Support community outreach programs

• Participate in leadership and board meetings

• DDS/DMD from accredited school

• Active NJ Dental License (required)

• 5-7 years of clinical experience (no new grads)

• Pediatric dental experience required

• BLS/CPR certification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passion for community/public health dentistry

• Experience in pediatric/community health settings

• Dental team leadership experience

• Familiarity with Eaglesoft & dental EMR systems

• Mon/Wed: 9 AM-6 PM

• Tue/Thu: 9 AM-5 PM

• Fri: 8 AM-5 PM

• 1 Saturday/month

• Occasional community events and on-call coverage may be required.
