NBRC certification - active & in hand

BLS - active & in hand

Ohio RRT license - active & in hand

2 recent specialty references from a Manager/ANM/Supervisor/Director within the past 12 months

All work history must be included, including any Cleveland Clinic experience

Required certifications must be submitted with the profile

RTO and scheduling requests must be provided at submission

Gross Pay (weekly): $2765.0

Taxable Pay (weekly): 1092.0

Non-taxable Pay (weekly): 1673.0
