Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay rate: $18.00

Position Summary
The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing assembly, material handling, quality inspections, and equipment operation. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assembly, production, packaging, and material handling tasks.
• Operate manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and report defects.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or on a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and production conditions.
