Warehouse Associate – Assembly

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to support assembly operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Associates will work with metal and manufactured components to complete product assemblies according to established specifications and quality standards.

This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and capable of handling larger or heavier components throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal parts, components, and finished products according to work instructions
• Install hardware, fasteners, brackets, panels, and other components
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and product specifications
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, and quality
• Identify damaged, defective, or incorrectly assembled components
• Move materials and completed products between workstations
• Package, label, stage, and prepare finished assemblies for shipment
• Maintain an organized and safe work area
• Follow all production, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience assembling metal products or using hand and power tools is a plus
• Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
