Production Associate

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour
Schedule: First Shift | Monday–Friday
Overtime and occasional weekends available

Job Summary

We are currently hiring General Labor Associates for a full-time opportunity in Elk Grove Village, IL.

We are looking to hire 4 dependable individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, and able to perform physical work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production duties
• Lift and move materials throughout the facility
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and other production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
