What You'll Do

'05; Recruit, source, and attract top talent for a variety of positions

'05; Create engaging job advertisements and manage online postings

'05; Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews

'05; Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future openings

'05; Match qualified candidates with available job opportunities

'05; Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process

'05; Conduct background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 verifications

'05; Utilize recruiting tools, dashboards, and reports to drive hiring decisions

'05; Partner with local schools, colleges, workforce centers, and community organizations to attract talent

'05; Participate in daily staffing meetings and support hiring goals

'05; Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting documentation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using recruiting platforms, databases, and technology tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred Experience

• High-volume recruiting experience
• Staffing industry experience
• Client-facing customer service experience
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing candidates
• Community outreach, networking, or volunteer involvement
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
