At Maid Brigade, we believe nice people matter. We can teach cleaning techniques — but we can’t teach kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude.

We are looking for dependable people who enjoy working with a team, helping families, and creating beautiful clean homes for our customers throughout North County San Diego.

PAY & BENEFITS:

• $20–$24/hour including tips for top performers
• Average tips: additional $200–$300/month
• Weekly pay
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays
• Daytime schedule only (approx. 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Company vehicles provided during workday
• Paid training period of two weeks
• Safe, non-toxic cleaning products
• Friendly, drama-free work environment
• Consistent hours and steady work

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST speak some English
• MUST have a valid California driver’s license
• MUST have at least 3 years of safe driving history
• NO major driving violations
• MUST be dependable and punctual
• MUST enjoy working with customers
• MUST be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Cleaning experience is very helpful
