Warehouse Associate/Shipping & Receiving Associate/Material Handler

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, packaging, and inventory operations. This role is responsible for preparing temperature-controlled shipments, maintaining packaging inventory, completing shipping documentation, and ensuring products are transported safely while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare temperature-controlled packaging systems for shipment.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and create shipping documentation.
• Maintain inventory of packaging materials, gel packs, and shipping supplies.
• Safely handle dry ice and replenish temperature-controlled shipments.
• Refurbish reusable packaging systems.
• Complete GxP documentation and shipping logs accurately.
• Coordinate pickup scheduling with customers via phone.
• Monitor product temperature requirements and packaging needs.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, packaging, or distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification and cold chain shipping experience are a plus but not required.
