Commercial Construction Estimator

Our company is looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with public bid experience to join our team. The successful applicant should be capable of estimating costs for all construction related projects, including interior tenant improvement and ground up commercial projects. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work both independently, as well as part of a team, and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Determine the price of new construction or renovations.
• Examine blueprints and other detailed plans and specifications for construction projects.
• Estimate costs for construction projects.
• Analyze and interpret cost information.
• Provide advice on estimating methods, procedures, and procurement policies.
• Help to set price quotes for a variety of construction projects.
