Baker

Responsibilities

• Laminating of doughs, prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, Bread and confections with attention to detail and quality standards
• Decorate cakes and desserts using piping, icing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in food production and food handling processes in accordance with industry best practices
• Preparing large quantities of baked goods or desserts

Skills

• Previous experience in a Full Service Bakery is required.
• Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts with a strong eye for detail
• Knowledge of food preparation, food handling safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices
• Skilled in using knives, piping tools, mixers, ovens, and other culinary equipment effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong understanding of the food industry’s safety protocols and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve customers confidently
