What You’ll Do:

• Provide detailed residential and occasional commercial cleanings.
• Follow cleaning checklists, protocols, and safety procedures.
• Work independently AND support your team.
• Represent our brand with a smile—you’ll be the face our clients trust!

We’re Looking for People Who:

• Are reliable, positive, and take pride in their work
• Have a valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and working cell phone
• Can lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and move all day
• Can work independently and also be a strong team player
• Are coachable, accountable, and strive to improve every day

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm
• Optional nights/weekends
• Travel required across Marion, Mahaska, Wapello, Monroe, and Poweshiek Counties
• Base Pay: $17 to $23 base pay and $20 to $29 average with tips
• Paid drive time: $8.00/hr

Pay & Perks:
