Flag Football Coach - Sundays - 6 hours - 7 weeks - $19/hr

i9 Sports Union County is looking for energetic, dependable and positive Flag Football Coaches to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for college students, teachers, former athletes, current coaches, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants a fun, rewarding weekend job with just a 7-week commitment.

And football fans, don't worry — you'll be home in time for halftime of the 1:00 NFL games!

Position: Flag Football Coach
Pay: $19–$20/hour
Schedule: Sundays, 6 hours/week
Season: 7 weeks beginning September 13

What you’ll do:

• Lead flag football practices, games, drills and skill-building activities
• Teach football fundamentals, teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play
• Keep players engaged while creating a safe, fun and organized environment
• Encourage player development, confidence and participation
• Communicate positively with players, parents and program staff
• Help with equipment setup and cleanup before and after sessions
• Most importantly, help kids have a great experience playing football

What we’re looking for:

You don't need to be an experienced coach to make a great one. We're looking for people who bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude.

• Enjoy working with children and helping them develop
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Positive, energetic and comfortable leading groups
• Knowledge of football and/or playing experience is a plus
• Available for the full 7-week Sunday season
• Able to successfully complete a required background check

Coaching experience is preferred, but not required. Training and support are provided. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

The coaches will assist the Program Director and will be responsible for teaching multiple groups, providing customer service, and representing the i9 Sports brand in a positive manner.
