This is a full-time, year-round opportunity with a starting hourly rate of $35.00–$39.00 per hour, depending on your experience, driving record, equipment knowledge, and overall fit with our team. Benefits include:

About the Opportunity
As a Class A Driver, you'll safely transport equipment, logs, debris, and materials while operating End Dump trailers and supporting our field crews. You'll play a key role in keeping projects running safely and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Include:
• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including End Dump trailers.
• Transport equipment, logs, wood chips, debris, and materials.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and DOT documentation.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing materials.
• Maintain clean vehicles and work areas.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.
• Represent the company professionally on every job site.
Requirements
• Minimum five (5) years of Class A commercial driving experience.
• End Dump experience required.
• Valid California Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the San Jose yard.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Strong communication skills and dependable attendance.
Bonus Points
• Tree industry or construction experience.
• Experience hauling heavy equipment.
• Equipment operating experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
