Accounting Manager / Assistant Controller
Job Description
Our client, located in Uptown Dallas, is looking for an Accounting Manager/ Assistant Controller to join their team on a 3 month contract with the potential for Contract-to-Hire.
Keys:
- CPA required
- Public accounting experience required
- SEC reporting / external reporting experience, ideally someone who can help bring SEC reporting in-house
- Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Debt and equity accounting/reconciliation experience
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- SaaS / technology revenue recognition experience would be a plus
