POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead a growing operation within a leading specialty construction services organization. This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, financial performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The successful candidate will provide leadership to field management and operational teams while ensuring efficient execution of daily activities, workforce planning, and customer engagement.

This role carries full responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability objectives, driving operational excellence, maintaining industry-leading safety and quality standards, and developing a high-performing workforce. As the senior leader of the branch, the Branch Manager will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and supporting the organization's strategic growth initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Team Development

%CF; Provide leadership and direction for the branch, including field Managers, crews and administrative teams.

%CF; Hire, develop, and retain high-performing employees; conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and disciplinary actions as needed.

%CF; Implement company best practices within the branch and support succession planning and professional development.

Operations & Financial Performance

%CF; Oversee branch operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

%CF; Own P&L performance for the branch: manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, equipment, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and profitability.

%CF; Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for the branch, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

%CF; Partner with Regional GM and corporate teams to manage facilities, personnel, equipment, materials, and other company assets at the branch.

Business Development & Customer Relations

%CF; Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, contractors, engineers, municipalities, industry associations, and regulatory agencies.

%CF; Represent our company at customer meetings and industry events to strengthen the company's presence in the local market.

%CF; Resolve customer concerns and ensure consistent service quality, satisfaction, and retention.

Safety & Compliance

%CF; Champion our company’s safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with company, OSHA, DOT, and environmental requirements.

%CF; Ensure consistent compliance with company policies, guidelines, and operational standards.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

· 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience in construction services, site development, infrastructure, environmental services, or a related subcontractor environment.

· 1+ years of management experience leading crews and field operations.

· Experience managing a single location or business unit; comfortable operating in a hands-on, single-site leadership role.

· Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving operational excellence.

· Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

· Knowledge of construction operations, project execution, and equipment management.

· Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and related safety and regulatory requirements.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Combination of office, field, and customer site environments within a single branch location.

· Frequent interaction with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

· Minimal travel required, primarily within the local market.

· Occasional evening or weekend work as business needs require.
