Our Client is seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to lead industrial capital projects from planning through startup. This person will serve as the primary point of contact and owner's representative, ensuring projects stay on scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage capital projects from feasibility through commissioning and startup.
- Oversee engineering, contractors, vendors, OEMs, and trades.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, RFQs, bids, and change orders.
- Lead both greenfield and brownfield projects in operating manufacturing facilities.
- Provide construction and implementation oversight, including onsite support.
- Communicate directly with client leadership and hold vendors accountable.
- Build long-term client relationships and support multi-site projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of industrial capital project management experience.
- PMP preferred.
- Experience with $1M+ projects involving multiple vendors and disciplines.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, particularly food & beverage, bottling, packaging, or consumer products.
- Strong project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract, and change-management skills.
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and be onsite during critical project phases.
