Family Law Litigation Paralegal Manager
Job Description
Saint Family Law is a family law firm handling divorce and custody cases in both Oklahoma and Colorado. We're hiring an experienced litigation paralegal to run our case operations, deadlines, documents, discovery, and trial prep, and help lead our support team as the firm grows. You'll work directly with lead counsel Randy Saint Onge, Esq., a University of Oklahoma graduate (class of 2000), and our senior paralegal.
What you'll own
- The litigation calendar: court dates, filing deadlines, discovery cutoffs, and internal task workflows for every active case
- Working with senior counsel to draft and finalize pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and proposed orders
- Financial disclosures, child support computations, exhibit preparation, and trial notebooks for hearings, mediations, and trials
- Filing with the Oklahoma district courts, plus e-filing our Colorado matters (we'll train you)
- Client communication: keeping clients informed, calm, and prepared, and keeping the file documented
- Our Clio case-management system: notes, documents, tasks, and the workflows that keep cases moving.
- Our focus is on Dissolution of Marriage/Divorce, child custody, and post-decree matters only, and that has been our focus since 2014.
Our cases include divorce, custody and visitation, child support, support alimony, property division, post-decree enforcement and contempt, emergency motions, protection orders, domestic violence (non-criminal), paternity, relinquishment, and related trials.
The Colorado part
Our attorney is licensed in both Oklahoma and Colorado. You don't need Colorado experience — we'll train the right Oklahoma hire on Colorado terminology, forms, and Colorado Courts E-Filing. It's a skill set almost no paralegal in this market has, and it makes you more valuable everywhere.
Pay, benefits, schedule
- $60,000–$80,000 depending on experience. Candidates with substantial family law litigation experience and case-management leadership should expect the upper half of the range.
- Health insurance: the firm pays 100% of the qualifying premium for the employee (ask us about dependent coverage and other needs). Matching 401(k) up to the allowable limit. Other benefits may be available; just ask.
- Paid time off plus holidays
- Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 or 9:00–6:00 (your choice) with a one-hour lunch, in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Who does well here
- 5+ years as a litigation paralegal or legal assistant; family law strongly preferred, strong general civil litigation considered
- Excellent drafting and proofreading — our filings go out clean
- Calm, organized, and decisive under deadline pressure; sound judgment and discretion with sensitive family matters
- Comfortable with Clio (or similar), Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe
About the work

The right person balances compassion with professionalism, urgency with accuracy, and teamwork with personal responsibility, and takes pride in cases that are prepared, organized, and moving.
