Regional Account Executive

Job description:

We’re looking for a Regional Account Manager to help us grow and build strong relationships in the communities we serve. In this role, you’ll be connecting with plumbing companies, property managers, insurance partners, and local businesses—making sure they know they can rely on us when water damage happens.

If you like getting out there, meeting people, and building genuine connections, this could be a great fit. You’ll play a big part in helping us grow while being part of a solid, hardworking team.

Experience in Water Damage or related industry’s would be ideal, but training will be provided in detail about industry as well.

Responsibilities

• Build and keep strong relationships with property managers, insurance agents, plumbing company owners, and other local partners
• Stay in touch with your accounts and be their go-to person when they need restoration help
• Connect with plumbing companies and build referral partnerships
• Look for new opportunities through networking, referrals, and just getting out in the community
• Work with marketing to support local outreach and campaigns
• Manage accounts from the first conversation through ongoing support
• Keep track of activity and opportunities using our CRM (like Salesforce)
• Share what’s working with the team and help others succeed
• Attend Association Meetings, Sponsored Events and other activities

Skills

• Background in sales, account management, or business development (restoration, construction, plumbing, or similar is a big plus)
• Easy to talk to and good at building relationships
• Strong communication—friendly, clear, and professional
• Organized and able to juggle multiple accounts
• Comfortable using CRM tools (or willing to learn)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team player who’s willing to jump in and help
