Medical Assistant - Back Office

We are seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to become a part of our team! You will perform routine clinical tasks to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Candidate MUST SPEAK SPANISH. Please do not apply if you do not meet this qualification. Experience preferred but not necessary as we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Be proficient in routine clinical tasks (take vitals, give immunizations, charting all findings)
• Support medical staff - translate for physicians if necessary
• Be a team player - assist coworkers
• Be punctual and available everyday

• Medical Assistant Certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish a MUST
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
