Crew Leader

Dolan Asphalt LLC is looking for an experienced laborer for the rest o of the season.

We do a mix of residential driveways and commercial work (parking lots, apartments, schools, etc.), so there’s good variety and steady work.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with sealcoating experience (spray systems, crackfilling, etc.)

• Ability to help lead a crew and keep jobs moving

• Reliable, shows up on time, and takes pride in the work

• Comfortable talking with customers when needed

What you’ll be doing:

• Running or helping run jobs day-to-day

• Operating equipment and working with the crew

Pay:

• $30+/hr depending on experience

• Bonus opportunities based on production

• Consistent work throughout the season

We’re a growing company and looking for someone who wants to be part of it and take some ownership in the work.

This is a young company with a lot of internal growth potential. You'll be with a small crew and will know everyone in the company. You will be treated very well and respected.
