Position Summary:
The Client Relationship Manager plays a critical role in supporting our advisors and maintaining the client experience at the highest standard. This position requires a polished professional with a strong understanding of the financial services industry, an exceptional eye for detail, and a proactive, client-first mindset. You must be able to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and urgency in your work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare client meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and ensure timely processing of service requests.
- Prepare investment and insurance applications on a regular basis with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor the insurance underwriting process and communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure investment account opening and funding including trading.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM and custodial platforms.
- Liaise with custodians and vendors to resolve account issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and confidentiality standards in all aspects of work.
- Support the advisors in delivering a seamless client experience.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Required minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry (e.g., wealth management or advisory firm experience only)
- Life and health insurance licensing preferred but not required
- Series 6 and 63 registration required or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire date.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to confidentiality and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks with a high degree of urgency
- Exceptional client service skills and a professional demeanor
- In-depth knowledge of investment products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial planning or CRM software is a plus
- High degree of integrity
