Inside Sales & Office Representative

We are hiring a tech-savvy, customer-focused Inside Sales & Office Representative to handle customer service, order management, and client communications in our Miramar office.

Schedule: Typical day is 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks). Must be open to working at least one Sunday per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with clients via phone to drive inside sales and manage accounts.
• Process order entries quickly and accurately using internal software systems.
• Provide exceptional, solution-focused customer service.
• Support basic technology, Microsoft Office applications, and company social media channels as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency required in Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean.
• Strong phone presence and high-level customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft systems and digital tools.
• Consistent, reliable work history with a strong work ethic and professional presentation.
• In-person interview required.
