Residential Field Superintendent (Multi-Site/Luxury Remodeling

About the Role

Living in Style Designs is a premier residential design-build firm delivering high-end interior remodels and custom home renovations across Palm Beach County. We are looking for an autonomous, highly organized Residential Field Superintendent to manage the day-to-day field operations across our portfolio of active remodeling projects.

In this role, you will be the "Field General"—operating out of your truck, conducting daily quality sweeps across 4 to 6 active job sites, keeping trade partners accountable, and ensuring our luxury standard of finish from demolition to final punch out.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Daily Field Routing: Run an efficient daily route across 4–6 active residential jobs in Palm Beach County to verify job readiness, trade presence, quality control, and schedule momentum.
• Subcontractor Management: Meet trade partners on-site, verify scopes of work against architectural plans, resolve field conflicts, and ensure trades leave jobs broom-clean and protected daily.
• Inspections & Code Compliance: Schedule, prep for, and pass municipal building department inspections (building, framing, MEP, final).
• Site Protection & Quality Standards: Enforce strict dust containment, floor protection, and job-site cleanliness protocols required for luxury occupied and unoccupied homes.
• Digital Daily Logs & Tracking: Complete quick mobile daily photo logs, track progress milestones, and manage digital punch lists using our field management app.
• Light Hands-On Troubleshooting: While your primary role is site management, you have the practical skill to set up dust barriers, check layout elevations, or resolve minor punch items on the fly to keep a project moving.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• 3–5+ years of hands-on field supervision experience in residential remodeling, custom homes, or high-end interior renovations.
• Strong working knowledge of residential construction sequences, MEP trades, finish carpentry, tile, drywall, and local South Florida building codes.
• Proven ability to plan your own daily schedule and manage multiple scattered job sites independently.
• Tech-Comfortable: Proficient using a smartphone/iPad for taking site photos, updating daily logs, and reviewing digital drawings.
• Communication Skills: Professional, calm demeanor when speaking with homeowners, trade contractors, and city inspectors.
• Clean Driving Record: Valid Florida driver’s license and a reliable, clean pickup truck or SUV suitable for daily site visits.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
• Performance Bonus: Project milestone and zero-punch completion bonuses.
