Servers, Bartenders & Support Staff

Stadium XV Craft Kitchen & Sim Bar is looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking people to join our Front of House team in Farmington, CT.

We are currently hiring:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Support Staff, including bussers, food runners, and barbacks

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
• Bartenders must be 21+
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, and cocktails is a plus

Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Providing friendly and attentive guest service
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Running food and assisting servers
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Keeping dining, bar, and service areas clean and organized
• Working with the kitchen and Front of House team to provide a great guest experience
