We are looking for an experienced Swiss-Type CNC Machinist / Programmer to set up, operate, program, and troubleshoot Swiss-style CNC turning centers. Experience with Tsugami machines is strongly preferred.
- Set up and operate Swiss-type CNC turning centers in both guide-bushing and chucker-kit (non-guide-bushing) configurations.
- Program, edit, and troubleshoot Fanuc controls, including Fanuc 32i-B or equivalent Swiss-specific controls.
- Complete full machine setups, including:
- Guide bushing selection and adjustment
- Collet and bushing changes
- Cross and back-working tool alignment
- Gang and turret tooling
- Bar feeder and sub-spindle/pick-off setup
- Create and modify CNC programs using ESPRIT Swiss-Type and/or SolidWorks with SolidCAM.
- Program directly from 3D CAD models and post-process programs for Fanuc-controlled Swiss machines.
