Client Solutions Sales Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Client Solutions Sales Representative to help connect prospective customers with solutions that meet their business and service needs. This role combines relationship building, consultative selling, and territory development for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and taking ownership of their results.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to prospective customers using company-provided leads and targeted business development activities
- Learn about customer needs and present appropriate products and services as solutions
- Develop lasting relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients
- Meet with customers throughout an assigned territory through in-person and other professional interactions
- Identify opportunities for new business and work prospects through the sales cycle
- Provide product and service information, conduct presentations, and respond to customer questions
- Handle customer concerns professionally and identify solutions that support successful sales outcomes
- Maintain timely follow-up with prospects and clients to build engagement and move opportunities forward
- Organize and manage daily sales activities while working toward individual and team performance objectives

Compensation
This is a commission-based position. For an entry-level employee, the good faith estimated annual total compensation range is $55,000–$70,000, including commissions and the applicable draw described below. Actual compensation may vary based on individual performance, experience, territory, and other business factors, and high performers may earn above this estimated range.
Following the applicable probationary period, eligible employees will receive a $1,000 per week recoverable draw against commissions, subject to the terms of the applicable written compensation plan. The draw is an advance against future commissions and is not additional compensation on top of commissions earned. Compensation will be administered in accordance with applicable California law and the applicable written commission agreement.
