Packer

Labor Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Packer for our Mitchellville location. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $18.15/hr.
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (occasional OT on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull product and place into cases
• Assemble, prepare, and pack containers
• Stack finished cases appropriately
• Check product quality and ensure standards are met
• Adhere to all safety rules and company regulations
• Read and follow packing instructions accurately
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
• Label cases properly and ensure correct weights on packages
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with sanitation/janitorial duties during production downtime
• Perform other duties as assigned
