Job Description
Description: Department of Public Works. Maintenance of Village properties to include streets, sidewalks, parks, boat launches, water treatment plant, and sewer treatment plant. Snow removal. Routine maintenance of equipment and unforeseen water and sewer line repairs. Monday through Friday, some weekends, nights, and holidays depending upon weather and unforeseen circumstances. Pay based on experience and current licenses held, longevity pay, license pay and raises. Requirements/Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED, Driver's License, Physical Exam, Complete and successfully pass a drug screening.
License/Certifications: CDL license and water/sewer license a plus, upon hire employee will be required to complete on the job training and obtain a CDL along with both water and sewer licenses.
Small Village located minutes from Watertown operating all of its own facilities to include a water treatment plant and sewer treatment plant.
