Equipment Operator

Gillmann Services is now hiring an MI-Jack Operator This role is ideal for candidates with any equipment experience who are looking to advance their skills and be trained on a front-end loader.
Pay: $20-22 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
- 10-hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a front-end loader to move materials across the property
- Load, transport, and stage product efficiently and safely
- Assist with production tasks as needed
- Perform basic equipment checks and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous forklift or equipment operating experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and be trained on a front-end loader
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor/industrial environment
