About the Role:
Tigard Bowl is looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Service team member to join our crew in Tigard, OR! This is a fun, fast-paced role where you'll be at the heart of the action, helping guests have an amazing time every visit. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Assign lanes, rental shoes, and bowling equipment to guests
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the front desk
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about pricing, hours, and events
- Support food and beverage service at the snack bar or counter as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Assist with birthday parties, group events, and league coordination
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a busy, high-energy environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
