Field Canvasser

Join our team in Abilene as a Political Field Associate! No prior political or campaign experience required — we provide full training.

What You'll Do:

• Go door-to-door in assigned Abilene City neighborhoods having real conversations with residents about important local issues
• gather surveys using a mobile app
• Accurately log your daily activity and results
• Represent our campaign professionally and positively in the community

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable talking to strangers and walking several miles per shift, in all kinds of weather
• Reliable and able to commit to the full length of the campaign about 8 weeks
• 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
• No experience needed — if you've worked retail, food service, sales, or fundraising, you already have the people skills for this job
• Prior canvassing/political experience is a plus but not required

• 220+;$325
• 1.40-1.47 per door depending on performance
