In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support from the moment they book their charter until they set sail.

What You’ll Do
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following their charter booking, ensuring a seamless and high-touch experience.
- Support & Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address inquiries and provide information.
- Operations & Reservations: Assist with modifications to bookings within our global reservation system.
- Organization: Maintain general office efficiency, filing, and administrative support.
- Technology Utilization: Manage workflows using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and online reservation platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
- Previous experience in yacht charter sales or travel/vacation planning.
- Knowledge of world geography.
