About the Role: We are hiring a Painter! Ideally, we want 3+ years of experience, but we are willing to train candidates with basic hand-tool, drywall, or surface prep experience.
Pay starts at $20/hr and goes up based on experience. We offer our employees bonuses on jobs well done or early job completions and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Prep surfaces (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking).
- Apply paint and stain using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Set up ladders safely and protect surrounding work areas.
- Clean up tools and job sites daily.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of painting experience preferred (or basic construction/prep experience).
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
