GLO Wisconsin is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Milwaukee area.
This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys talking to people, working toward goals, and being part of a fast-moving team. You’ll work directly with customers on behalf of the brands we represent, helping create positive interactions while building valuable experience in sales and communication.
Your Day-to-Day
No two conversations are exactly the same. You’ll spend your time:
- Speaking directly with customers at retail and promotional locations
- Introducing current products, services, and offers
- Learning how to identify customer needs and recommend suitable options
- Supporting customers throughout the sales process
- Working toward daily and weekly performance goals
- Collaborating with your team to keep campaigns running effectively
- Taking part in regular sales and product training
As you gain experience, you’ll also have opportunities to develop your skills in areas such as campaign strategy, team leadership, and training.
