Line Cook Prep Cook

Person needs be organized and reliable have experience working in a fast paced environment. Must be able to prep station or stations, cook using fryolators, grills, oven and sauté, be able to read order slips and prioritize cooking order. MUST WORK CLEAN AND CLEAN AS YOU WORK. Have reliable transportation and a working phone. Should have knife skills, be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand through entire shift.
