Contract Recruiter

CBIZ Talent Solutions is assisting their valued IT Services client in Suffolk County with their search for a Contract Recruiter to support their continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, relationship-focused recruiter to make an immediate impact with a growing organization. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across a mix of technical and non-technical roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and help build high-performing teams.

Location: Suffolk County, NY
Schedule: 100% onsite to start, with potential for a hybrid schedule based on performance and mastery of the role.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding activities
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3-5+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Technical recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment
• ATS experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation Range: $30hr-$38hr
