Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Adjustments: Observe product continuously during operation to ensure products meet specifications.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to evaluate product quality
• Physical Stamina: Capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials, and standing for long periods, 12 hour shifts.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or apprenticeship may be beneficial. Experience preferred but not required. Training available as needed. *Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
