Branch Manager

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Branch Manager opportunity with a financial organization that values teamwork, exceptional service, professional development, and giving back to the community

The Branch Manager is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Lead daily branch operations and supervise, coach, train, and develop branch staff while ensuring exceptional member service and efficient workflow.
• Oversee consumer lending activities, including reviewing and underwriting loan applications, making credit decisions within assigned authority, preparing loan documentation, and supporting loan funding.
• Manage operational compliance and quality control, including branch audits, new account and loan file reviews, BSA/AML/OFAC monitoring, and adherence to applicable banking regulations.
• Support real estate lending activities, including Home Equity and Second Trust Deed loans, appraisal and title review, mortgage lending, and loan modifications.
• Oversee collection activities across consumer and real estate loan portfolios, including delinquency management, bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, and account modifications.
• Partner with executive leadership on operational improvements, internal and external audits, policy and procedure development, regulatory changes, corrective actions, and special projects.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Experience with operational processing for card services, ACH, and exception processing.
• 2 years branch Management experience
• Previous experience with a lending background required

Pay Rate Range: $34.00 - $43.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
