Home Health Sales Account Executive

PRIVATE-PAY HOME CARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to grow referrals and expand our private-pay home care business. The ideal candidate will have an established healthcare referral network and a proven record of success in private-pay home care sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive referral growth by building and maintaining relationships with hospital discharge planners, social workers, RN case managers, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Represent the agency at community events, networking opportunities, and healthcare industry functions.
• Develop new referral sources while strengthening existing partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with branch administration and clinical operations to ensure an exceptional patient and client experience.
• Track sales activity, referral relationships, and results using CRM software.

Qualifications

• At least two years of successful home care sales experience.
• Established relationships with home care referral sources.
• Private-pay home care experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience using sales CRM software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
