We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who specializes in running high-performing paid ads.

What you’ll do:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
• Optimize ad creative, targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI
• Monitor performance daily and make data-driven adjustments
• A/B test ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Report on campaign results and recommend scaling opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving ROAS and lowering CPA
• Ability to work independently and move quickly on campaign changes
• Excellent attention to detail and budget management skills
