Part-Time RTH Administrator / Qualified Mental Health Administrator
Pay: $60.00 per hour

Position Summary
Ebenezer RTH LLC is seeking a qualified and experienced RTH Administrator / Qualified Mental Health Administrator (QMHA) to oversee the daily operation of a Residential Treatment Home (RTH) serving adults with mental health needs.
The Administrator will provide leadership and oversight of residential services, staff, resident safety, documentation, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable Oregon Health Authority (OHA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the RTH and ensure a safe, supportive, trauma-informed environment.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and direction to residential staff.
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, coverage, and training.
- Monitor resident services and ensure person-centered care.
- Ensure required documentation, records, incident reports, and service plans are completed accurately and timely.
- Support compliance with OHA licensing requirements, administrative rules, policies, and organizational procedures.
- Respond appropriately to resident behavioral or mental-health concerns and coordinate with appropriate providers and community resources.
- Participate in quality improvement and corrective-action activities.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, staff, providers, case managers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure staff receive required orientation, ongoing training, and supervision.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and licensing activities as needed.
- Provide administrative/on-call support as required by the program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing or supervising mental-health services.
- Experience with residential behavioral-health services and/or program administration preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care and person-centered planning.
- Knowledge of applicable Oregon behavioral-health and residential-treatment requirements.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage residential-program operations.
- Strong documentation, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and protect confidential resident information.
- Must meet applicable OHA requirements for the Administrator position.
- QMHA registration/qualification through the applicable Oregon credentialing process, if required by the position or program.
Experience
Candidates should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in mental-health services and program management, including responsibilities related to staffing, resident safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Relevant education, licenses, certifications, and professional experience will be considered when determining qualifications.
Compensation
$60.00 per hour — Part-Time
